Went here twice for our weekend trip to Bayonne! You can feel the food is really made of high quality ingredients. The ramen broth is sooo tasty and real from scratch. Everything is made fresh daily. Good serving of torch grilled pork. The tempura and chicken karaage we ordered was really crisp and flavorful with an amazing dip! And make room for their dessert selection, it was so hard to choose but i got the mochis which were both really good (no regrets!)
I ordered the miso ramen and it’s so far the best ramen I had in the whole Basque Country (both Spain and France and I’ve had a lot!) We will definitely come back here again.- Service

We are late for lunch, but the boss let us stay! We got tempura and pouple for starter!! It’s really really so good!! Had a really good ramen! The base of the soup is perfect! Everything is homemade! Highly recommend!

Daily fresh made noodles + 10 hours cooking broth = the best Ramen I love the noodles texture, it really bring me back to Japan memory.

Maybe the best Tongotsu ramen i have ever eaten in Europe, even the noodles were homemade. Juste delicious.

Je recommande très fortement ce restaurant de ramen !! Les plats sont copieux et très bons.
Karaage: Très léger et croustillant grâce à une tempura très aérienne. Le poulet est juteux et très bon. La mayonnaise qui l'accompagne est excellente et légère.
Samon to gunsei : Une entrée puissante et pleine de saveurs. On sent tres bien le goût du saumon fumé et des différents légumes. Je pense que cette entrée ne plaira pas à tout le monde mais je l'ai aimé.
Miso Ramen avec Topping Chashu Canard : Juste Wahou !!! Bouillon épais, très riche et plein de goûts. Le chashu de porc et de canards sont fondants. L'œuf Tamago est parfait.
Crème brûlée Matcha : Pas trop sucrée, on a l'impression de manger un nuage. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait un peu plus de sucre caramélisé sur le dessus, parfait en fin de repas.
Tiramisu : Un bon dessert pour terminer le repas.Traduction
I highly recommend this ramen restaurant!! The dishes are generous and very good. Karaage: Very light and crispy thanks to the airy tempura. The chicken is juicy and very good. The accompanying mayonnaise is excellent and light. Samon to Gunsei: A powerful and flavorful starter. You can really taste the smoked salmon and various vegetables. I don't think this starter will be to everyone's taste, but I loved it. Miso Ramen with Duck Chashu Topping: Just Wow!!! Thick broth, very rich, and full of flavor. The pork and duck chashu are tender. The tamago egg is perfect. Matcha Crème Brûlée: Not too sweet; it feels like eating a cloud. I would have liked a little more caramelized sugar on top; it's perfect at the end of the meal. Tiramisu: A good dessert to round off the meal.
